The <\/span>Helen Doron English – Summer Camp: Cambridge Preparation Course<\/strong> <\/span>offers you a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the English language and prepare for the globally recognized Cambridge Starters, Movers or Flyers test (depending on your age group) (the Cambridge direct test is optional and not included in the price). You will receive the complete preparation book from us! <\/p>\n

Depending on age, the preparation courses and the test are at the following levels:<\/p>\n

Starters from 7-9 years: PRE-A1 Level<\/p>\n

Movers from 8-10 years: A1 Level<\/p>\n

Flyers from 10-12 years: A2 level<\/p>\n

What can you expect?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the morning we have prepared small groups for you:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Learn English with fun<\/strong>: you will discover the English language with great games, songs and stories. Without boredom, but with lots of action and fun!
Targeted exam preparation<\/strong>: Our experienced Helen Doron teachers teach you all the important content for the optional Cambridge test in a fun and interactive way – from vocabulary and grammar to listening comprehension and speaking.
Creative projects and teamwork<\/strong>: Do you love making things, inventing stories or slipping into other roles in role-playing games? Then you’ve come to the right place! Our creative mini-workshops are not only fun, but also help you to improve your English.
International atmosphere<\/strong>: Get to know other children who are just as curious about English as you are. Learning together is even more fun, and you might even make new friends for life! <\/p>\n

Lunch<\/strong><\/p>\n

A successful camp day also includes a great lunch! We go to a nearby restaurant together. Usually there is an extensive buffet where you can choose whatever you like, or there are 5 dishes to choose from. Drinks (raspberry and elderberry juice) are also included! If you have any special dietary requirements, we will be happy to accommodate them. <\/p>\n

After lunch:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Then we continue with lots of fun – in English, of course! When the weather is nice, we go to the Praterwald forest or to our own playground and explore the surrounding area, play soccer and basketball or go geocaching. A trip to the municipal outdoor pool is also planned! If the weather is not so good, we play tennis, table tennis, squash or badminton at the nearby sports center, or watch a cool movie with popcorn! <\/p>\n

Please note: some of the afternoon supervision can also be provided in German!<\/p>\n

And very importantly:<\/strong><\/p>\n

As we also offer IT, Minecraft & Coding Camps at our camp location, you also have the opportunity – if you like – to fly a drone or print out your creative ideas on our 3D printers!<\/p>\n

At the end of the camp you will not only be better in English, but also ready for the Cambridge test that corresponds to your age – a first step on your way to international English certificates! In one half of the day you will enter the exciting English world together with your camp colleagues and our team of trainers – in the other half of the day you will have fun in the fresh air. To the swimming pool, geo caching, playing football or basketball, to the adventure playground. In bad weather, we watch a cool movie with popcorn or go to the Racket-Sport Center. <\/p>\n

Details of the different Cambridge preparation programs<\/h3>\n

This is the first level of the Cambridge English exams for children. The Starters exam is aimed at beginners with a basic knowledge of English and tests basic skills such as listening to and understanding simple sentences and recognizing everyday vocabulary. Children taking Starters should be able to communicate in English in very simple situations. <\/p>\n
